Kelly's Seafood - Waihi

Been in waihi 8 years and love our fish in chips here ! Best fish ever not greasy..nor the chips..nor the burgers.. Quality food and amazing staff that are on their game and love their locals ! Kelly's are the BEST. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$30–40

Wow I'm saddened by how disappointing the food was, we were going off the great reviews from people who live in the area. We'll we won't be going back there again, we ordered 2 fish, 2 crab sticks, 4 scallops and a scoop of chips. $5 dollars for a scoop of chips that didn't even look like a full scoop, the crab sticks were sadly not very nice and the batter on them was just weird. The fish was good and the scallops were okay, the chips were soggy and overall was very greasy and for the price of it we definitely won't go back again.

Had a delicious mouth watering meal from here a few nights ago, wanted to go again. Tried tonight, said open on google, open sign on footpath, closed sign at door, most other places are open...clearly says 12pm to 8pm on sundays. At the time most people are wanting dinner. Was excited to enjoy their food , guess not. Perhaps it would be better if the open times were more organised. Were really looking foward to their fish and chips Food: 5

Would love to have their email address so I can speak to the owner directly.... this is the best place I ever been to, the fish was so fresh, and everything cooked perfectly, I don't care if the cashier would get snippy, this is the best place I have ever been too! No exaggeration! I always look forward to coming back to my home town for this! Service: Take out

Absolutely the best burgers! Enjoyed a few things on the menu and never disappointed. Might have to wait a little but food is prepared and cooked perfectly. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$10–20
