Waialua Coffee Factory

The restaurant is located in a building that used to be a sugar cane factory. The warehouse is still operational and has a unique atmosphere. The interior is dimly lit and filled with cane sugar, salt, and various Asian goods. Due to the coronavirus, there were no other customers around. I was unable to try different samples of coffee as they did not have paper cups available, but the four types I ordered all tasted very similar.

I highly recommend taking the coffee and cacao tour at this restaurant! They serve natural and water-processed coffee, as well as fresh cocoa nibs in their whole bean form. You will also get to experience the many layers of flavor in their chocolate.

The small refreshment stand inside offers a variety of delicious options. We chose the Waialua Coffee flavored shave ice and the Blue Moon Lemonade.

I recommend trying the natural process coffee samples. They are some of the best, most flavorful coffee I have ever tasted.

Hello. We had a wonderful time at Losa Restaurant. The fresh seafood dishes were amazing. The kids especially enjoyed the shrimp dishes with local flavors. The host was very knowledgeable and welcoming, exuding the spirit of aloha.
