Pizza Hut - Wahiawā

Pizza hut is really good if your too tired to cook, want a fast meal or for meetings, plays, parties or picnics and since the wahiawa location is in a comfortable area with decent parking makes it a good stop to eat something. because I had a long time to take medication, the man took an evening meal. I just ordered online and when he picked up the medication, it was ready. very quiet. cheap, but 4 stars because its not cheap. I never have a good license or online discount code from any reason if I need one. the food was good. I am a creature of habit, so I always command surprise, 16 st. honey bbq boneless wing. $14.99) the half of the order meets the place for me. I love the sweet, slightly tangy sauce. I ordered the “Triple Treat Box” from pizza tonight for dinner. it includes: two medium-sized 1-topping pizzas 5 brotsticks w/ marinara sauce 10 mini cinnabon roll $27.99 if they spend $35 or more, there is a credit for a free chocolate chip cookie or cinnamon sticks. $7.99 worth) so I also ordered the boneless honey bbq huhn $7.99 to qualify for the freebie. so my big sum including controlling was $37.68 the packaging was different than the display, but it was nicely packed. pizza was hot and good. we have a cheese and a pfefferoni hand torn chest. brotsticks were hard. Cinnabon rolls were tiny and had a little frosting, but it was good. the free chocolate chip cookie was delicious so it was for some of the mistakes. Honey bbq huh was great! overall it was a good meal for almost $40. make sure to cut u and clip the good certificate for their freebie.

We just received a super dry, burnt, stuffed crust pizza that tastes like it’s been reheated several times. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the delivery guy was super nice. Yuck!

I order the promotional Stuffed crust pizza. With extra cheese, half beef and half pepperoni. I was very disappointed with my pizza. There wasn't extra cheese on my pizza. Hardly any Marinera sauce and the pizza itself was really thin. I always order the same pizza any time I order from Pizza Hut and never had an issue. The one time I order from a different location, I get disappointed with my order. I would not recommend this location. I feel as if I was ripped off tonight. However, I would give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe this Pizza Hut location isn't always bad and tonight was an off night for them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. DEC 2020: I ordered a meal for around $45. I ordered 4 extra sauces. Only 3 of the sauces were delivered. When I called the restaurant they would not refund me and only offered an in store credit. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. I used to work for pizza hut and know that refunds are possible. It just takes a couple minutes out of the managers time which I guess they aren't willing to do. This is ridiculous. Note to management team: It takes 10 seconds to double check an order before the driver takes it to be delivered. 1 week later update: I had to email corporate to get the refund but I got it. 12 June 2021: Decided to give them a second chance. Bad idea. They forgot my Pepsi. 28AUG21: they forgot to bring everything I ordered and then wouldn’t answer their phone. 29AUG21: Was able to get a hold of the Pizza Hut call center which called the store which finally refunded me. I don’t know any other pizza chain where people can’t just call the store directly. 15OCT21: this was my last time ordering from this location. They brought me the completely wrong pizza today. Every time I order something is wrong. This is the last time I will be ordering food from Pizza Hut. Papa Johns tastes better anyway. They brought a completely different pizza than the one I ordered. When I used to work for Pizza Hut it was the manager and delivery driver’s job to double check the order to make sure it is correct. I don’t know why this no longer happens. I know you don’t care that you lost a customer. I’m just a couple hundred a year to the millions you make yearly. But please just do better.
