Barrio Cafe - Wahiawā

I am a texan and I was skeptical to say the least! but the service was great, eating was amazing and the options were great for such a small facility. I really enjoyed the authenticity of this restaurant! they had Mexican coks that made me even happier!

Super great Mexican food and price is worth it.. large portions. Great drinks will go back. Birra tacos were not on menu but always a special. they even sell the spices to make at home. great place thank you.. will need to find parking though.

Breakfast so far has been delicious and not a fault in either the chorizo rice or eggs. Very well priced also. Staff are very friendly and accommodate large orders also. Highly recommend

Amazing! This restaurant offers a fantastic Mexican-inspired dining experience in Oahu! It was my first time visiting after hearing great things from others. The cold horchata coffee was delicious—not too sweet, which I really appreciated because it highlights the flavor without being overly sugary. The regular black coffee was also excellent, featuring a subtle cinnamon note that beautifully complements the brew. The loco moco was tasty and more than enough to satisfy, while also being a healthier option. The vibrant murals on the walls are beautifully painted, and the decor is tastefully Mexican!

I finally got to leave my meal and I couldn’t be happier! I had been wanting to try the churro French toast for a while, so I decided to go for the full order (6 pieces) and I was not disappointed. If you love malasadas, you’ll definitely enjoy this dish. It comes with a delicious dulce de leche dipping sauce. I will definitely be back, and next time I’ll be sure to order some bacon!
