"This is a beautiful place that feels grounded, yet has a touch of elegance. The food was excellent, and the salad was outstanding—very fresh and all homemade. I had the Jeff Burger, which comes with a half-pound of bacon, ham, Swiss, and cheddar cheese, and it was cooked to perfection. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my drink, which I really appreciated. I was quite impressed. As a special bonus, there was a pitcher of ice water on the table. It was a bit bustling since it's tourist season, but it was definitely worth it."

I visited the restaurant on Friday the 23rd and unfortunately missed their fantastic seafood night, which takes place on Saturdays. However, I enjoyed the sirloin and salad, both of which were wonderful. As always, our waitress was attentive and the hostess was very friendly. The baked potato was incredibly fresh, as if it had just been made (unlike other restaurants that keep baked potatoes under heat lamps). It was delicious! I always make it a point to stop here whenever I'm in the area. The only thing I wish is that they would put a notice on the door when they’re closed. They were out of town celebrating the birth of a grandson, so we arrived only to find them closed. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it would be helpful to have some indication of why they’re not open. Despite this, I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
