Waking up at 1230 n seeing bed bugs in my bed, very nasty.Went to the front desk and she we was more concerned about checking to see if I get my $50 deposit back then the bed bugs. Wasn't offered a refund, I just left and never will use that hotel again.

Avoid this place like the plague. Bed bugs, body fluids on our tub (I'm being polite), tons of garbage, even rotting food, under the beds. Visibly stained towels and washcloths. If it was not 4am and I could not physically keep my eyes open I would have found another hotel. The young lady at the front desk, Alicia, could not care a bit about what we experienced. The gentleman behind us in line had just checked in and found bed bugs in his room and they refused to refund his money. This is a Department of Health issue for sure.

Overall the the service was good, we found stains on the bedsheets burn holes in the bedsheets. There was hair on the bed, cigarette buds in the room and it was just nasty not worth it. There was also a $50 deposit fee that was not mentioned over the phone.

Staff was nice, service was ok. Hotel is trash! room infested with bed bugs that ate me up. Got a full refund, but WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Unless you like parasitic bugs leaving itchy rashes on your body that last for a week.

I originally checked into a smoking room but I had a couple issues that I brought to the attention of the front desk they responded immediately and addressed the isssues yet moved me to a non Smoking which was more acceptable than the previous room. They are doing im some construction around the motel but they are also remodeling parts of the motel.
