The slowest journey through ever. I'm in the shiny at 35 minutes. I put my order before the time and then had to wait 35 minutes to get to the order box. was asked to wait shortly before the order that I had commanded one. 8 minutes before they recognize us.

My quesadilla was so unacceptable. First of all my whole bag and all food items napkins were covered in hot sauce when we didn't even ask for any so that's confusing and gross. My quesadilla looked like it was dropped on the floor and then shivers in the bag it was so messy, not cut into triangles and falling apart. I tried calling the store and no answer. Unacceptable it wasn't even busy. Get your **** together whoever was working

Alejandro was amazing very kind and welcoming and even helped clean the table for us, but while he was doing that I was racially profiled as a thug just because I had broken my belt and my shorts were sticking out my pants making my pants drop a bit below my waist. It was obvious the lady didn't know my backstory because she photographed me and put me on her social media. When is this stereotyping and profiling of my people gonna end. Personally to Megan, this isn't what MLK wanted and I will not be eating here because I don't feel my kind is welcomed

Update them below. improve customer service stinks! nobody was friendly! the place was dirty! the drive thru is busy, but I think if they knew how dirty it was, they wouldn't go. update: thought I would try to get back to this restaurant, hoping that it would be better. the guy in the register was so fat and sweaty that I thought I was pissing! When I got my drink, there was a spin on the counter! the place was still dirty! never again! I wanted to try a third time because I love to eat her. I am much more impressed! the man was very nice, I think he was the manager. very helpful and the restaurant was much cleaner. eating was very fast and fresh. I'll be back. is it just because of this manager that it is better at this time of the day? I came to a Friday at lunchtime.

Well, I've been thought several times here. I was excited when they came up the service is bad and do not go during the evening meal due to the fact when they do not check their food they probably have it all wrong. I went through a morning and there was me and another car that I asked after an breakfast crispy wrap with sausage and I got speck I added picks down, is sick 7am in the morning only 2 cars and wrong eating? How is that possible?
