Dairy Queen (treat) - Waconia

Drove a town over and got all the way home and noticed multiple things on our order were wrong. Banana split with 2 strawberry 1 carame...came with chocolate, pineapple and strawberry. Blizzards also had m&ms in them. No phone number listed or else I would have called to work it out.

Showed up at 8:30 and I get it, I hate being that guy that shows up right before close to order, but 30 minutes till 9 and they said they were ?out of burger?. Hard to believe when their new menu includes pretty much all hamburgers. Either management made a poor decision on ordering beef or someone didn?t want to start up the grill again. If your hours say 9pm atleast be able to stay open till then.

I don't know who designed this location and parking lot, but it's terrible. I wish they would have food orders pull ahead and park. Most of the time it takes around 20 minutes to get through the drive thru line. Assuming they are short staffed, but a blizzard should not take 15 minutes when there are 2 people in the lobby.
