Contribuiți la feedbackI placed my online order at 6:09 PM and arrived by 6:15 PM, but my food wasn’t ready. I was then informed that my order had been given to someone else, so they had to remake everything. When I finally received my order, it was incomplete, and I had to wait even longer for the rest. It shouldn't take over an hour to prepare four burgers, two fries, and two drinks. I was really disappointed, especially since I've never had any issues at this location before. The staff seemed to be either standing around or goofing off. I hope they can improve.
This used to be a fantastic restaurant, but our recent experience was disappointing. We visited a few days ago, and the staff seemed more focused on laughing and joking in the kitchen than on serving customers. We waited an incredibly long time for our food, and the people ahead of us didn't even receive their order; they ended up asking for a refund. We decided to give it another shot last night, and as the fourth customers in the establishment, we still waited over 45 minutes for our meal. Unfortunately, we won't be returning to this location anymore since the service has been consistently terrible.
We waited in the drive-thru for at least half an hour with no one else in line. It took a long time for them to take our order, and when we finally reached the window, the employees were preoccupied with their phones and completely ignored us. When the manager finally came over to speak with us, her excuse was that they were switching shifts and it took a while to finish our order. It took half an hour just to get two shakes.
I would give a zero star rating if i could. We love eating at Whataburger and go here all the time, but after today's experience I will not be back to this location. I ordered a large onion ring and didn't receive it with my order. The toast that was in thechicken strip meal was a folded over piece of bread that looked like it had seen better days. When the girl working the drivethru window handed me our food I said thank you and she just shut the window back in my face. Last time we stopped at thislocation as I was pulling out of the drive thru I took a sip of my drink only to find out it was straight carbonated water withno fountain syrup in it. I understand ya'll stay busy, but as long as the wait is in line and as expensive as the food is ya'llcan do better than this. Also your employees need to have better customer service skills.
Horrible experience, I should have read the other recent reviews before coming here. No one seemed to be in a hurry behind the counter. Our food took 30 minutes to be made. I told the woman behind the cash register as much and she said okay and didn 'tdo a dang thing about it. Everyone in the kitchen was walking like they had mud on their shoes. They did not care at all thatthere was a line becoming longer and longer in their lobby. It seems the manager for the night shift should be fired, becausethere is definitely not a culture focused on customer service. I will not be coming back to this Whataburger and I will beletting everyone I know to not frequent this location too.
