Whataburger - Waco

If you want a great Texas Whataburger experience, I suggest you visit here if you are in or near Waco. The customer service was great! The cashier had a great attitude and was very helpful and efficient. There were a nice amount of people there, and theyhandled everyone so professionally and got them their food very quickly. I was very pleased because my food was fresh, hot, andmade exactly the way I asked. Thank you to the cashier who helped me, and 5 Stars to all of the workers. Keep up the great work!I will be back there to visit when I make it back down there. Thank y'all Whataburger :-D

The service wasn't that great. They were too busy trying to take orders instead of getting the ones they already had taking right. My fries were cold and the wait was long and no one brought that to ur attention they just tool ur order and 35 minslater u got ur food cold..SHOULD BE CALLED WHATAMESS!

I'm going to this one by one closer to my house. smaller, but well-personalized and care. eat always right and bungalows on burgers are also warm after a longer journey to home. other in the opposite must run a quantity of bread thru at a time and let it sit. makes a bad burger in my book.

Super slow. ordered order, came a few minutes after my order pickup time, checked and waited, and waited and waited. saw 2 other curbside customers go to retrieve their food, so I went in. my eating was not bagged and ready, then when I finally had to eat it, the bungalow was cold and dried. they didn't seem to be busy. slow and ambivalent.

I love whataburger, but the service was terrible, the cashier got our order wrong and we were responsible for what we did not order. I was so hot in there, and the people behind us did the chairs there were children's cars on the same way and the man had the fixed ones too
