Taco Bell - Waco

The lowest rating I ever had a place before this was 4 stars... I don't give a star as I worked in the service industry, and I usually understand, but holy cow.... We waited for 37 minutes (There were only 5 cars to order between us and the intercom) Just to come and be told after 2:00 p.m., we're closed.... We waited for the young man on the drive, although asked if we eat Uber or door Dash and when we say no, he said: "Government... I don’t know what to tell you.” And when I told him that we had been in line for 37 minutes, he said, “that’s exactly what we’re doing” where is management? Where is some kind of initiative? Send someone at 10 a.m. near with a cone or something to put behind the last car in the line, but someone waits the better half an hour to turn around two? Wild... Absolutely wild that they can get away from doing this to people...

The food was decent (best), the service, HORRIBLE! I was here twice: I waited FAR too long for Subpar food; the other one I ordered on the app and in the Drive-Thru line at 12:45 for food was already paid and at 1:20a.m. the window was finally telling us that they were closed! The employees said NOTE! They just stopped taking orders and coming into the window!

2 stars to this place through the VERY RUDE drive by the participant. At first, a drink that obviously had no root beer syrup gave me only a light brown carbonated water. When I pointed out, and I was polite about it, the participant rolled her eyes, sighed and said loudly, why would I come here at all! She gave the very worst customer service I saw in a very long time! The tacos were good!!!

11/29/22 10:20, 30 minutes in drive thru. Staff are very friendly, but I didn't think this would be an important part of my night. It won't come back to this Taco Bell.
