Taco Bell - Waco

I visited the drive-thru and ordered the #2, which is the Soft Taco Supreme meal, for $9. However, what I received were not Supremes at all; they were smaller than a breakfast taco. The woman at the drive-thru was very nice and friendly, but I felt sorry for her because I could hear the employees arguing inside. I'm 50% deaf and not wearing my hearing aids, yet I could catch every word of their dispute. Either the manager or the general manager really needs to take charge and make some changes. This place has really gone downhill; it used to be the best location to visit. I definitely won't be returning.

The food was delicious and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was well-maintained. However, there was a challenging customer present who was being aggressive towards the employees. I really appreciated how calmly the staff managed the situation. On the downside, the drive-thru could use significant improvements; during my 20-minute visit, I witnessed three customers return with incorrect orders.

Terrible service, and the manager suggests using the kiosk. Each time I visit, there's always something they are out of, and no one is available to help. After my friend and I got our food, we couldn't get anyone to return to the counter to get our cups. I've seen so many people come in and leave without ordering because no one would attend to the counter. I really don't know why I keep coming back to this place, other than the fact that I used to enjoy Taco Bell.

Multiple times I have visited this specific location...and the door is locked. Once I simply walked around to an opposite-facing door, and it was open so I walked in. Staff acted surprised that I got in, saying the door should've been locked. During OPENhours. Today I walked around to all doors at approx 4:30 PM in the afternoon. All doors locked. Taco Bell ownership needs tounderstand that this location IS NOT SERVING CUSTOMERS. WELL. I went to the one at Baylor and was welcomed wonderfully!!

Food soggy!! like why would you give me a taco thats been sitting all i wanted was meat cheese hopefully i can get a remake this is sorry
