We visited on Friday, October 18, 2019, and the weather was ideal for dining on the deck. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was amazing!

This was our first visit to The Slippery Minnow, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious—homemade and fresh.

What a fun atmosphere! The view is beautiful, and there’s live music happening. I enjoyed a few White Claws, which made the experience even better! However, if you’re coming from a coastal town, I recommend skipping the Po'boy. I was surprised to receive only four shrimp on a hamburger bun—it definitely didn’t meet my expectations for a Cajun dish. On the bright side, my husband really enjoyed his hamburger!
