Firehouse Subs Waco

Firehouse Waco not only offers a consistent GOOD experience, but the manager is one of the hardest workers I have seen. He is always happy, full of energy and calls many people with names when they walk through the door. It is impressive that he can remember so much and can be so happy in a stressful, fast environment. Firehouse always has clean bathrooms, many drinks selection, my sandwich always looks the same, the beverage station is always clean and the staff often go through the dining area and offer to clean. As a mother of 3 children, this kind of service is so helpful and keeps me back. In addition to all that, after the manager just came twice, the order of my family remembered. We stepped up and he asked if we wanted what we had last time and he got everything right for all 5 people. I couldn't believe it. The manager treats his staff friendly, but also gives them good direction to move the store and keep clean when a line begins to form. This is a great restaurant that we like to support.

BEST PEOPLE AND EXPERIENCE!!!! I came here to eat lunch w my boyfriend recently, I left my ring by accident on the counter of one of the tables, I was distraught thinking I?d never see it again. Jeremiah had tried to run after me and give it to me before I left but was too late, when I came in he was SO kind and had personally saved it because he knew I?d come back for it!!!! I feel so lucky to have gotten my ring back and that wouldn?t have been possible had Jeremiah not been so wonderful and trustworthy!!!! Feeling very thankful! Also to mention I come to this location semi often and every single time I?m met with the biggest smile and warmest personality in Jeremiah!! He has made every experience at firehouse a good one for me!! He always talks to me like we?re actually friends and it makes my whole day!! He is SO awesome and everyone I?ve encountered at this location has been so kind and nice!!! Stellar staff and food??

I come here a lot and my sandwich is wrong A LOT!! I order the same sweet and spicy meatball every time. My sandwich is cut through the bottom, my sandwich has pepper all over it, And my bread is barely toasted. I?m so disappointed at this management and pure lack of attention to a customers food. If you want firehouse go to a different location this one is not good. Waste of $13. OH I ALSO FOUND A HAIR IN ONE HALF OF MY SANDWICH. EW

Jeremiah had tried to run after me and give it to me before I left, but was too late when I came, he was so friendly and had saved it personally because he knew I was coming back!!!! This is my favorite sandwich shop in my home away from home. It's my pleasure and I'm never disappointed. This time I met Jeremiah, who is absolutely amazing. He was so sweet and my sandwich was perfect. Very recommended.
