Doubledave's Pizzaworks - Waco

First time being there talked to woman as soon as you walk in and then didn't see anybody for at least an hour they were all in the back, pizza was terrible and service was bad the only decent thing there was the drink. Will not be returning to Waco double Dave's.

Awesome customers service. Came at closing time but still gave us great service with a smile and great pizza like usual.

Came back here after several years of being out of town and was pretty disappointed, it seems the pandemic has hit DD pretty hard for staff. They were not busy when we arrived, however almost everything on the buffet was either empty or looked like it'd been sitting there for awhile. In the hour we were there, the pizza rolls which were definitely the most popular item among who was there were only refilled once. All the napkin holders were empty, the bathroom was out of both soap and paper towels. The food, at least when it eventually came out, was delicious, though.

We came for lunch on a Sunday. It wasn’t crowded, but many of the tables had not been bussed. There were no clean forks, no napkins and not very much pizza to choose from. They never replenished the pizza the entire time we were there and there was no dessert pizza at all. And let’s be honest, the reason to come to DD is the chocolate chip pizza. It was disappointing and a waste of our money.

Got pizza crust for my breadsticks order. The pepperoni pizza did not have anything but cheese. All I can say is I will not be back.
