Chipotle Mexican Grill - Waco

We come every Sunday and it's always great this last week put a sourness on it. The sign upon entering said no chicken. Understandable but if your going to put out a sign stating no chicken why not add chips and everything else your out of? Huge disappointment this week.Food: 3/5

2:30 My wife and I decided to get a bite, lunch was well over by this time. The food was good, not great. There wasn't any service to speak of, they just put our food into a bowl. As far as service goes: EVERY table in there had food, napkins and spilled drink. Frankly, it ruined the atmosphere. I'm sure it's not that way all of the time but was today.We paid $19 ea for a burrito bowl and drink. 25% more than any local Mexican restaurant in the area.

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant location. The staff member clearly had no interest in being there and sloppily tossed ingredients into a bowl. I requested queso on the side multiple times, but they poured it all over the bowl instead. When I asked for a tortilla on the side, they warmed it up, wrapped it, and pushed it down with my bowl, but forgot to include it in the bag. It was a terrible experience overall. I usually prefer going to Freebirds, and now I understand why.

I ordered my food online and when I got home, I was surprised by the small portion size for the price I paid. It was so disappointing that others were even making jokes about it. Absolutely ridiculous. I won't be asking for a refund, I'll just go to Freebirds next time.

I ordered this yesterday through doordash and discovered this in my burrito... I will not be ordering from here again. I can't understand how someone could overlook a wrapper the size of the burrito while making it by hand.
