Brazos Bistro - Waco

We have in the brazos bar bistro numerous paintings on our trips to waco gedimt and everything on the menu is delicious. the presentation of the plate is always on the point and the personal is very professional. they also make great suggestions on the basis of personal preferences!

I took my wife and my son to birthday. we ate outside when the weather was pleasant. some of the terrace furniture is a little lungs to eat, but great to sit and relax with a drink. the only improvement would be to do something with the empty wall in the back, maybe a picture. the drink selection was nice, my wife loved the steel rita and the server poured my beer perfectly. the only thing missing is a selection of design beer. we ordered to eat and warn that the double cut pork would last a past (it is about 2 inches thick.) I had pan meerrote thunfisch that was perfectly cooked. the chicken afteros for my son were also good. the cream brule was not as good as expected, the top did not have this unmistakable crisp ton. from the look of the bar they have something nice high-end wing, but I didn't ask. the bathrooms were very clan and I loved the salt hand wash. while eating is a little pricy, I think it's worth it. I'll eat here again.

We loved it, especially while we were there, we transferred to the bar after a drink because it was available. she had definitely introduced me to a new drink! the Mexican martini! had I never asked google whether I wanted to update my review; but I will say that I have the same rating and also stare many months later. the best bartender in the city. georges should report. once again, months later, this place meets the place!

Really good little restaurant in the hotel indigo in waco. very close to magnolia silos. the bistro is kind of expensive, but it's worth it. that was delicious. the fries are unique and spicy. they offer a children's menu! the waiting staff was friendly. they offer a full bar and have tvs to see the football game. great atmosphere in this hip and modern hotel.

Went here on our girls weekend and very happy with the food and service. We ate on the patio where we could chat without disturbing others around us.
