Burger King In W

This location needs some work. The staff seem very disorganized. Every other order is wrong. Check your order before you leave.

Totally disappointed! My family and I walked into the restaurant where there were only patrons who were already seated. We stood at the counter to place our order for nearly 5 minutes without being acknowledged or assisted. The employees continued to ignore us while the focused their attention to filling drive thru orders. Needless to say, I voiced my displeasure and took my business elsewhere.

We've been to at least 3 Burger Kings this last trip. By far, best customer service! There was a new girl named Bailey, doing an excellent job btw, powering through it! An excellent boss who sounds super helpful! And another lady with dark hair and 2 braids who was just as helpful! Keep up the good work Burger King, you currently have an excellent team! On another note, because we always stop at Burger King, we tried to go to McDonald's for the Play Place BUT it was packed with people sitting down with receipts in their hands waiting on food... we had no line when we walked in BK and received our food fast! We've been to this BK before but this was the friendliest crew!

Ordered ahead on the app while passing through. Food was made to order and good. Service was very good and staff was as friendly. The lobby and restrooms were clean. The kids loved the crowns sitting out on the tables. For a cheap and easy quick stop this is a good choice.
