My wife and I stopped in today and had the best Zips experience we have ever had at any location. They proactively let us know that they needed to make a fresh batch of fries for us and took great care of us for such a minor inconvenience. My wife's milkshake was made better than expected. We both were genuinely impressed in the level of customer service and atmosphere this location provides.Shout-out to the crew today for being personable and considerate. Y'all made some good food too! Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly with an arcade game and coloring contest today.

Zips is still the best! I eat there every time I am in town visiting my family.

Dated building, but they keep it clean. The food is good. Most importantly the shakes menu is THE BEST. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor, but narrow entrance. Just barely wide enough.

I love this place but after being ignored in the drive through for at least 15 min I will really think twice about going back. I ended up driving off and going somewhere else. I asked how much it was to combo my burger, as it was taped over on the menu board, found out that it was 5.50 for fries and a drink, decided I would just get a burger, was told that my total would be at the window. When I got to the window I waited and waited even more. 3 cars behind me, I decided that my business wasn’t that important to them, and I had not paid for anything, I took my business somewhere else.
