Santo Taco - W Lincolnway, Valparaiso

We tried this local business while passing through Valparaiso, and I cannot say enough about how authentic and high-quality the food was. The presentation was colorful, and very pleasing to the eye, and the flavors were mouthwatering. The Birria Tacos con Consomore was FABULOUS! Our waitress was attentive and and very personable. This place is a gem of a restaurant!

Santo Taco is a small, family-owned restaurant that serves up delicious Mexican food. The menu features a variety of tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and other dishes. I recently had the opportunity to try the pastor tacos, and they were absolutely amazing.The pastor meat was perfectly cooked, with a nice char on the outside and a juicy, tender interior. It was seasoned with a blend of spices that was both flavorful and complex. The tortillas were warm and soft, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful.I also really enjoyed the salsas that were served with the tacos. There was a mild salsa and a hot salsa, both of which were delicious. The mild salsa was perfect for those who like a little bit of heat, while the hot salsa was definitely for those who like it spicy.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Santo Taco. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was inviting. I would highly recommend Santo Taco to anyone looking for great Mexican food in Valparaiso

We love love coming here food is always delicious but…the tables are always sticky (gross) so I think it’s time to please fix this is issue. I would hate to stop going just because of the sticky situation so come on you have a good thing going let’s fix the sticky situation! That’s really not sanitary and times have changed since the pandemic so let’s get with the times.

First time coming here, and the service and the food were amazing. Had the birria tacos, and they were delicious. This is my new favorite Mexican restaurant. Recommend Santo Tacos highly!!!

This place is such a vibe! Also you will not be disappointed with the Food. The food is AMAZING! The staff is very nice and attentive to servicing you. Highly recommended 10/10
