Once again I placed an order on the website and was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes after placing the order. The app took my money and 10 min later I walked to the store to pick up my 51.00 meal. When I arrived the store was closed. The only notification of this was a small hand made sign on the door. Why did you take an order if you where going to be closed? This has happened several times in the past. Why do the owners allow the system to complete a financial transaction when you know that your going to be closed? Why does this happen so often. Website stated that you were open. I would have never placed an order if I was informed you were closed. You really should inform your online customers via email that your going to be closed. It REALLY upsets your customers and I should note while I was their several other customers came by and where disappointed as I was. This is the last chance I'm giving this location I'm done with the poor unprofessional management and service this location has provided since it opened a couple of years ago. I want my money back now. If anyone wants good chicken good service and competent management you should go someplace else. Ps i want my 51,00 now. Feel free to contact me at anytime. At 708-616-9433

The best Harold's chicken around everything is fresh cooked to order. I know I used to be the cook and everyone is kind good service at this location. Chicken gizzards are the bomb Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have ordered from this restaurant 3 times each time I ask them not to put the mild sauce on my food and they still insist to put it on there. I ask for this hickory original barbecue sauce which they have in the back in cups. The lady with the gray hair gonna is rude and need to know how to talk to ppl. Don’t get me wrong the food is always fresh to order but I want the sauce I want in my chicken and I will not be going back here at all. This is what happens when you support some black owned company. If she doesn’t know what the original Harold sauce is they shouldn’t even be franchising his name.
