Service and food went down compared to a couple years ago.

The atmosphere has the old home town feel. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is always very friendly

I rarely review businesses, but this was too much. Be careful spending your money here. Rolbetos used to be a great restaurant. However, we had noticed a big change about a year ago in the quality, so we stopped going there. I needed to get something today and decided to give them a second chance, big mistake!! The taco, which barely had any meat, was burned to a crisp...literally and broken apart. The taquitos barely had any meat in them...the burrito was about half the size it used to be and was almost all tortilla. When I called to speak to someone he grunted in the phone that he'd tell the cook...no, I'm sorry, can I make this right or anything. $27 down the drain. At least now we know not to go there ever again.

EDIT: if money wasn’t an object and I didn’t have stomach issues, I’d be eating here every single day. Everything is so delicious every time!!!!!(In picture: carne asada tacos, carne asada fries, and bean&cheese burrito Just moved up here to Coolidge and absolutely LOVE this taco shop!! The asada meat is so delicious and the fries are to die for. No toppings needed, but definitely order the asada fries. I’m excited to try more menu items in the future!! Thank you for your kindness :
