Kfc Park Rynie - Vulamehlo

Online order 2 months ago, checked in an hour later, arrived in store to be told there was no lettuce. No one had the courtesy of calling to notify me of this. Manager did not want to refund my order. She wanted me to wait for the lettuce delivery truck. Had to request the refund 4 times before she would accept the fact that I would not wait for said truck. Today I went back reluctantly… no snack burger buns. I think this store has a supply ordering issue.

Ordered 3 times via the App all 3 instances had to wait large periods of time. This happens no matter how early you check in. Defeats the purpose of an online order if you still have to wait and sometimes longer than walk-in customers.

3 time is a row now the chicken in my burgers were pink so they weren't properly cooked, and the last 2 orders weren't correct..I got singer instead it normal colonel burgers and they wanted to give me machine cold drinks instead of the buddies that were in the menu…I'm really disappointed

The slowest drive-through in Africa!! A minimum of 30 minutes, at least, delay in the drive-through!!

Very slow service. Some people had been waiting almost a hour for there food. Not sure what happened to KFC.
