Udsigten - Vordingborg

We had a lovely Thursday evening with delicious food and good wine, celebrating my dad’s 70-years-birthday. The service was pleasant and good, we felt very relaxed and welcome. We will definitely come back!!

The restaurant looks closed, staff is too uninterested to make the wonderful terrace look inviting, or even open! Nicely presented fish and chips and burger, but nothing special. This place should be wonderful! And please, with guests in the restaurant, don't go on cleaning!

Restaurant Udsigten has fabolous views from the terrrace. The menu has OK choices, but most of the dishes are quite pricy (app 200 DKK per dish). We had the week's dish, fresh fish at 139 DKK. It was fine taste but a very small portion. We had a cheese platter with three kinds of cheese at 90 DKK; it was OK but not very special. Main problem this evening was a total lack of service. Two girls had the responsibility of serving the whole restaurant, including the bar, and it did not work out. Waiting 25 mintes to get a beer and 50 minutes to get a vcold cheese latter is simpl not OK. It seems that the owner try to save money by having to little staff.

We were here in summer for one night. There is no double bed, the apartment was large, spacious, equipped. Cleaning could be better.... Large car park right next to accommodation. Good location for a walk to the sea or to the center.

מלון יפה על חוף הים הבלטי. החדרים נעימים אבל מעט קטנים. הזמנו חדר משפחתי 2 חדרי שינה, שירותים מקלחת, מטבחון וסלון קטן. החדר נקי אבל קצת מיושן.
