Chipotle Mexican Grill

My children and I had a nice and warm experience in the Chipotle in Voorhees today. Our host Shay was helpful, friendly and very personal in her approach to deliver exceptional customer service. Thank you. Shay and team! Our food was fresh, hot and delicious for the last bite. We are grateful for that. The experience was worth the money. Overall, well-made team and definitely an inspiring and impressive way to deal with each competition. I appreciate all the help and the great tasting food?.

It's only the Hospitalville site. I swear zombies work for Chipotle. Changed and waited 5 minutes and absolute grills on the front counter. The guy who makes online orders comes to fill the rice in the front. Looks dead at me and goes back to his little corner. The manager was so fast and ran out of the door. Another woman comes back from your break and looks at me and just goes back. So to make chips from the Tussi again, just look at me out of the corner of her eyes and keep her thing going? You're kidding. And the store was empty? Customer service here is complete TRASH!

Cash registers do not work so forced to order online, then the order does not appear (after waiting 20 minutes) so we need to write literally what we order on a piece of paper and then wait again. I'll wait. How are you?

The floor manager Carla some employees need a lot more training / training on the right communication with customers. A group of guys went to Order Essen and the waiter just turned their back and continue to ignore mobile orders for at least 3-4 minutes. Unfortunately, they did not see the sign Carla written on the bottom of the hand Sanitizer dispenser that they? re short personaled and only mobile orders. I told the staff that the shield is in a terrible place that customers cannot see it, so one of the young ladies tried to move it to a more visible place (the door) and Carla screamed and told them to put it on the hand of Sanitizer donors. This place is very sticky! I understand why they're short.

I've only been to a handful of Chipotle's. Upon entering we were greeted by the employee working the front. He was super polite and welcoming to me and my wife. My wife's first time at this establishment, she was unsure about some of the food options. However, the server was super helpful and easy going. The food was great, and we were highly satisfied. We really appreciated this particular staff member and wanted him to be recognized solely for the purpose of this review. Thanks Anthony!!!
