We began our meal with a delicious chickpea and olive velouté served with organic bread, followed by a flavorful black bean stew with basmati rice, and finished with a tasty dish of black rice with sun-dried tomatoes and chickpeas. Unfortunately, there were no vegan dessert options available that evening, but I was too full to even consider it!
