Buffalo Grill - Vitry Sur Seine

Working lunch, service and poor reception. We didn't get the salad and bread. green beans that drained on my plate, a fish net resembling nuguets. and at the time of paying a thought not to have left a tip. given the service and the friendliness of the staff they deserved no tip.. this restaurant is to be banished.
