Tre Re - VITERBO

I have been traveling to Italy for over 35 years. For many of those years I thought I had an uncanny expertise in selecting fantastic Italian restaurants. Then a year or so ago (a little slow on the uptake) I realized it was not my unique talent but Italy’s fabulous cuisine. This restaurant was no exception. Also a unique history: in business since the 1600’s!!! Caveat: do not eat at restaurants that have pictures of the food on display or hawkers trying to entice you in. Lastly do not judge the potential of the cuisine by the edifice! (or a book by its cover).

The food was delicious and service was very attentive. I would not know what to suggest as everything we ordered was rich in flavour. Easy to get to, in the heart of the old town this restaurant is a 5* with no doubt!!!

Probabilmente il più antico punto culinario di vivirbo, comunque tra i più antichi. si torna dopo circa due anni, causa covid, e riprovare gli stessi sentimenti buoni. attività svolta direttamente dalla famiglia con grazia, gentilezza e competenza. piatti tradizionali e non solo, ben eseguiti e proposto. carta del vino appropriata con buone etichette e ricamo destro, presunta scelta da giuliano. se siete in vite da considerare. vi consigliamo di prenotare.

Ristorante nel centro storico di Viterbo. Personale gentile ed attento alle regole anticovid. Piatti della cucina locale buoni.
