Pinsa Romana - VITERBO

This little gem serves you delicious «pinse romana». The local version of the classic Italian pizza is really worth a try, and these guys really know how to make it! Perfect place for a quick lunch.

When I found myself past this street, I stopped tasting the Roman Pinsa in Via della Cava di Viterbo. The restaurant from the entrance is pleasant with its decorations. Also the interior from a large counter and interior has a pleasant atmosphere, furnished in a casual street consumer way. The staff was friendly, helpful and personal. The prices are very popular despite the quality and numerous flavors. If you like it, feel that the pizza would have needed a few minutes more cooking, but it still remains tasty in taste.

In the centre of Viterbo a welcoming and informal place. Pinsa al taglia, but there are small tables to sit. The pinsa is not normal pliers, it has a certain mixture and remains very light. On request they also make every taste on the fly in Mini Pips. They also make hot dogs, pommes and supplì. I'll always go there with friends if I want to eat on the fly. The prices are very low and the staff is very friendly and beautiful.

Excellent price for a delicious and light pizza served with kindness and professionalism! The restaurant is located in the centre of Viterbo, is informal and welcoming, so it is often my destination and that of my friends if we want a quick dinner.
