Large food dream service I have booked a table for Saturday night. the restaurant was not particularly busy. it took twenty minutes to order a drink, the guy I was suspected was the manager was both arrogant and rude to the same extent....Search a shame because the eating and wein are amazing, but the customer service is better on a highway service!

We were 6 adults and a small child on Sunday dinner. I don't know what to say, I've never dealt with such rude people. they made mistakes in the postings, I guess causal at one point they asked to change several tables tabs. there was a nice group of people with beautiful retanning dogs who had booked a table week before they informed about the dogs. the personal asked her to go after sitting and drinking! we saw this and were speechless. most important: eating is tasteless, seafood salad starter with 80% carrots and veg the service was hopeless: none of us ate together! pasta while the others waited and second curs at three different moments, so we ate in two pairs. Moreover, the personal was rude, never apologise, never tried to fix problems. just never again.
