Placed an order with my target pick up and it was canceled, no problem, so I placed a different one with different items, canceled again. So when I get to the store, I go in and I see all the employees standing around, doing nothing and everything that was in my canceled orders due to “not being in stock”, were able to be ordered in person. This location is a joke.
My husband and I are regulars at this Starbucks. We always shop at this Target and always stop by for our favorite drink. Today was disappointing. We came to order a simple refresher and they were out of regular tops so we got Frappuccino tops. No biggie there. As we are waiting we started to look around. There was trash everywhere. Tables were dirty. No napkins to clean our own table. We asked 1 of the 4 baristas standing around doing nothing for a napkin and we were handed a regular household paper towel. When we finally got our drinks, they were ice waters with a tiny splash of food coloring. Must of been an off day.
The cashier, amanda (blonde), was very very rude. i asked for a green tea latte, and she told me they only had matcha latte. i asked if it was the same thing, and she kept repeating that they only had matcha latte. after like 3 back and forths she finally said yes it was the same thing. i always have the same order at starbucks and have never had this issue. she then glared at me because of this, and was all nice and chipper to the next customer.
Starbucks inside a TargetThat's allFriendly serviceMostly short line, if at all
Girl was rude when explaining that drink looked different from others I’ve gotten in the past she stated it was fine and the right way (in a very condescending way)
