Starbucks - Vista

Horrible customer service the worst of all the start bucks, Waiting 15 minutes for a drip coffee that is already brewed is ridiculous. Take the order from the customer and engage with us so you don't make us feel like another number.

They play breakcore, hyperpop, and Jpop so loud it's hard to ignore lol. 10/10 Staff is also always so nice and they've never made a mistake with my drinks. Not all outlets work to charge your laptop.

I absolutely love this location. Associates are very kind and the space inside is neat. It is my first time in this location and I just realized how close it is to where I work at. Very convenient. They also had my favorite red velvet loaf so I was veryhappy. I probably will start coming over more here.

First time coming here, drive through was kinda confusing. nice staff but my drink tasted watered-down. also ran over the curb (tight exit)

Laurie (I believe) was very nice, however no one seemed to actually care about my order. Kind of bummed I used my rewards only to receive an iced chai extremely hot with a couple of ice cubes in it. I was in the middle of doing food deliveries, so I couldnot go back and spend another ten minutes waiting for them to properly make my drink (even though I was the only person in thedrive through).
