La Gordita Mexican Food - Vista

It was OK. I don't know that I would go out of my way to drive there for anything. We ordered rolled tacos... they had zero taste, had the torta and the carnitas were dry, bread was good but hardly any mayo so the whole thing was pretty dry, also ordered the gordita plate and the rice and beans were OK nothing special and the the Carne asada gordita was the same dry not much flavor it's good that we got salsa to put over everything because everything lacked flavor. Actually threw out the leftover, there were a lot just not worth the reheat. Service was nice and quick.

I like this place for nopales and rajas gorditas, but the personal are so rude. If your order by phone you have to make a big line to pay your order. I don't see the point to order ahead when you have to wait long time just to pay it?

The city I love Mexican food. these were deep fried, but could not enjoy the rancid oil. I could still taste it. next time I'd try something else.

We just found our new Mexican place to eat. Excellent food

I always come here when I go to the discount tire across the road. The carne asada fries are amazing and the vibe is relaxed and nice.
