Jack In The Box - Vista

Order is either missing something or incorrect every time I go to this location. Very disappointing.

I 've been here several times and never got great service. They never have soap in the restrooms. They regularly decide not to open the lobby always because they 're short staffed . I 've seen 5 employees inside standing around doing nothing and no one in the drive thru but they don 't have enough staff to open the lobby. The soda machine is always out of most of the drinks and the food is cold. I ordered tacos and there was no cheese or lettuce. I ordered the munchies meal with mix fries and there 6 fries and 1 curley frie. Not even enough to fill my hand. The prices go up and portions go down. I 've never been greeted, they always make me wait to order, and I have to stand there and wait after I get my food to ask for sauce. No one ever smiles there.

We had an early dinner at 3:15 or so. I used the restroom to wash my hands and it was filthy. Trash overflowing, toilet paper on the floor, sink filthy and no soap. I checked the other bathroom and it was the same.The employees are making food without the benefit of soap? Disgusting and so dangerous.Never again. Beware.

Always warm and friendly, and serving fresh quality food every time I have gone. And shout out to Perla, Vanessa, and Ivan for a fast and friendly guest service.

Bathroom disgusting and the workers seemed dead inside, I'm sure I would be too but atleast put a smile on.Food: 3/5
