Forno Da Mimi Rodizio Real - Viseu

My wife and I visited the restaurant with a tour group, so I can only speak to the set menu that we had. The service was very good. The wine we were served was acceptable. The appetizers were plentiful, but some of the sausages and chicken gizzards weren’t to everyone’s taste. Have to try them though. The kale and potato soup was excellent. Our main was beef with rice and spinach. Also really good. The bee was melt in your mouth tender and well seasoned. Would love to go back on our own.

Went for dinner as part of our Globus Escape tour. It was really great! Family style serving so you can taste many things including soup, cod and gizzard, kale potato soup, veal, spinach rice all Portuguese style.

A large group of us had dinner at this restaurant and enjoyed it. The starters were good as well as both the main dishes, especially the cod.

We visited this restaurant with a tour group and thoroughly enjoyed all of our food. The cabbage soup was really tasty, and the beef was so tender and flavorful. We also liked the seafood dish that was sort of like a paella. Service was fun and friendly. And there must have been 20 different desserts to choose from on the buffet. A great evening!

Incredible dinner, excellent food, attentive service! Appetizers, bread, slices of rare tender roast beef, the best creamed spinach ever, and a dessert bar half the length of the room with everything from fresh fruit, baked apples, cakes pies, mousse, cheesecake, homemade whipped cream, everything homemade and well, the best ever! Wine of your choice, lovely, warm inviting atmosphere...I can't say enough nice things about this restaurant except GO THERE if you are in Viseu.
