We always make sure to visit this lovely little place when we visit Gotland! There’s something for everyone even those that don’t normally prefer vegan food! One of the few fully vegan cafes in Gotland that serves traditional Swedish dishes such as rårakor and skagenröra (hashbrowns) but in vegan version. The only thing we’d like to see at this cafe (as so many others in Sweden is more options with healthier oils such as olive, coconut etc instead of cheap (and inflammatory) canola oil or blends.

We had a brunch bratwurst with condiments and it was really lovely. Exactly what we hoped for. Small portions and pricey, but that is Gotland. Small out door seating that was disapointing, why not make it more comfortable?
