Max judges you based on your appearance and the value you spend at his shop.It was in early Oct 2018, I went in his bakery to order a birthday cake for my girl who is turning 4 a week later. I was in first trimester of my pregnancy with my second and I ws taking medication for my nauseous just to get through the day.Max was busy, but he did come out from the kitchen to speak to me. I reminded Im one of his big client 's sister in law again (I ordered cake from him in Oct 2017 for the first time since we moved back in September 2017, and I ordered a week before my daughter 's 3rd birthday as well)He told me he is very busy with the wedding cake, and he is not going to out thousands of dollars worthy of wedding cake on the side but working on my $30 worthy of birthday cake. And also he said I need to repect his work even though I 'm labalaba 'z sisters in law. I show the picture of the cake I wanted for my girl over the phone, it was a face of Vampirena. And I told him I just want a yellow cake. Just need the cake lookes purple outside and put a little chocolate for eyes and mouth.He asked me is this your daughter 's first birthday? All I felt was horrible, but I was still smiling and kindly pleasing him to take my order.Yes. Max made the cake for me, but the cake was never taste the same and we have never ordered any thing from him. I thought this unpleasant memory would have gone away after a year, unfortunately, the power of words just too strong to be forgiven!

The food was delicious with excellent quality offering variety and the customer service is great. The ambiance is nice looking and modern.

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and when I picked it up her name was misspelled. Whoever took my order had misspelled it. I kindly asked the guy helping us to please fix it. I pleaded with him. He was extremely insensitive and said they could do nothing about it. I repeatedly asked and he said they could not fix it. He did not apologize. I asked if the owner was available, he said no. I asked when the owner would be returning and he said he wasn't sure. I was extremely unhappy with the customer service I received.
