Contribuiți la feedbackOut of all the places that my wife and I have traveled to we have not found better coffee than Exeter Coffee Co.! Sadly we are not locals and we frequently lament that we aren't able to get a delicious coffee from here on a regular basis. Not only is the coffee the best we've ever had, but the shop is super cute, and the staff is incredibly friendly. There isn't any other coffee place that we rave about more than Exeter Coffee Co.!!
I ordered decaf. Unfortunately it wasn’t decaf. Got heart palpitations and waste half my coffee. Prior to that, great experience.
Great place to take coffee in exeter. friendly, interesting staff. delicious coffee and coffee drinks. also seating in the load with seating outdoors. also try their pears. they will even grind them for you! we took her Kaweah medium roast home and it was great! highly recommended!
Very friendly and helpful when you're not sure what you want. Such a cute little coffee spot.
Lovely environment to hangout in. The folks are super kind here too. However, the coffee was okay. I had ordered 2 lattes (1 hot, and 1 iced). Both coffees had a minor burnt after taste. Mixed with the syrups used, it wasn 't hitting the spot. It wasn 't a buzz kill, but definitely could have been more enjoyable. REVIEW UPDATED: Received passive aggressive response to my review from Owner 9 MONTHS after I posted the review. I am changing my 3 start rating to a 1 start due to poor customer service, and professionalism. Feedback should be analyzed to strive for excellence, regardless if the feedback is fruitful or not. *Uploaded photo of response was removed by myself What is not good for business is to respond to a customers feedback with a passive aggressive message, because the business does not like the feedback. Please refrain from telling customers they are conditioned when you don 't know a single thing about them. Accept the possibility that on one event a customer noticed the amazing coffee served to them was either over brewed, or the beans used to brew the coffee were over roasted.
