Dutch Bros Coffee - Visalia

The nitro cold brew coffee is from a can. NOT MADE FRESH. They also serve it with a cup 100% topped with ice to reduce the volume of coffee sold. Two stars for willingness to remove ice and top off with regular cold-brew.

I want to say a big shout out to the young lady working yesterday. As we were waiting for our drinks, we saw the lady walk out and hand a man who (was holding a sign, asking for anything to help him) some baked goods. She is awesome and obviously has a big heart. Thank you for taking time from your busy shift to be so kind.

I ordered the Campout Cold Brew, and it was amazing! The staff was incredibly friendly, even at 7 am on a Sunday morning. Plus, I received a really cool sticker since they give them away on the first of every month.

I ordered two small teas, but the cups were filled to the brim with ice, leaving me with only one or two sips of actual tea. I paid for tea, not ice, and it was really disappointing. I usually enjoy this Dutch Bros location, but this experience was a major letdown.

I really love this place! The staff are truly amazing individuals who manage to stay cool under pressure, even with difficult customers, and they always maintain a positive vibe. They also have great recommendations for drinks. Their energy drink is intense and will definitely keep you awake and energized!
