Pizza Hut - Virginia Gardens

I worked here for the past two years, which is why I have strong feelings about it. However, the people I worked with were not genuine. They really didn’t care about your feelings and were solely focused on getting their own tasks done. Yet, they expected you to be concerned about their feelings. Honestly, that was frustrating. On the bright side, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious with great flavors.

We consistently have a great experience whenever we visit this location. The pizza and everything else we ordered were served hot and tasted fresh. Our server today, Carlos, was very attentive without being overbearing, which is often a concern with some servers. Keep up the excellent work, Pizza Hut!

The food was hot and delicious. However, the buffet ran out, and we had to wait a few minutes for it to be replenished. I noticed several people using their dirty plates at the buffet. I tried to inform the waitress about this, but she seemed to misunderstand my concern about potential contamination, likely because my Spanish wasn’t strong enough. If I had been more fluent, I think she would have understood better.

The food on the buffet was hot, fresh and good. But the 5 stars definitely is for the customer service. Alex was the only staff wr saw on the floor and he was amazing. He greeted everyone that came through the door, made sure he knew what kinds of pizza they wanted and had it out quickly with a smile and a word. He was simply GREAT!!!

Great customer service. Got my order correct without a any problems. Delivery was fast, pizza was still hot. Thank you!
