Burger King - Virginia Gardens

This was a wonderful experience for my family. The food was good however that wasn't what made the experience for me. It was the star selling employee Gustavo. We were having trouble ordering our food when that wonderful young gentleman assisted us with the issue as well as attending the drive through. We were also having a rough day so hearing his voice made our family feel special as he was giving us a wonderful story about himself and the struggles he's gone through and overcame. Overall I'm glad to meet this man as he provided not only us excellent service but others. Also it turns out that Gustavo once saved a close friend of ours from a burning house which at this point Gustavo is playing a vital role in my families life but likely other too.

Use unpleasantlisten to music and laugh at each other.he burps all over the place in the restaurant12:30 p.m. the restaurant is empty, this is understandable with this type of employee

8:54 they closed early I needed to go to the restroom. I take diuretics and they would not let me in. I asked to speak to the manager and they hid behind a gay Spanish man that would not even speak English. I would give zero stars if I was able

Like most places they are understaffed and neglect customers in the lobby infavor of the drive tru.

Best Burger King I've EVER been to. The employees are very kind and have never had a problem with the food.
