Forever closing early and only accepting mobile orders. What so they can forget half the order? They need to hire and rehire bad.Shutdown inside drive-thru 4/8hrs early while employees are eating inside. Tf?Big homeless hangout. Nothing against homeless individuals but when most are not medicated and getting aggressive asking you for stuff. It definitely makes you feel unsafe. Not 1 employee does 1 thing about it.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Not safe.

It's Wendy's. It's becoming more and more like McDonald's for me. They will need to rethink their strategy soon, or they will fall into the same boring box as the others.
