Village Inn - Virginia Beach

I need a second visit before I can publish my final decision on this site. I'm just leaning on a solid four. we couldn't taste a cake. Next trip soon!

I've heard so much about this place, so I decided to try. I ordered her pancake combo. they come with three big pancakes I had that they cook bananas inside and sprinkle the top with chopped walnuts. I wasn't disappointed! the cakes were delicious with the right amount of banana and nut trees. the combo came with 2 touches I added Cheddar cheese, and two slices of speck or sausage links and I chose a speck. I was very disappointed that the eggs and speck were not even warm, but they were cheap. my drink was a beautiful large glass cranberry juice. it was tasty and the whole meal. they boast about their cakes, so I'm a piece of their lemons. read more

Great breakfast. We love this place for breakfast, havent tried the dinners yet but one of our favorite places to go for breakfast..kids love it

Waitress was very nice. Food was good size portions for good price. French toast was yummy!!! Blackberry limeaid was exceptional!!

Great food anytime of the day.. I have had many a meal here over the years and you can count on always walking out of here comfortably fed. The food and service no matter the middle of the day or wee hours of the morning is always top notch. It's definitely better than other restaurants of it's type like Denny's, IHOP and Silver Diner. As a bonus one of the things I've always enjoyed about Village Inn is coming in here when the bar's are closing. The crowd can be quite entertaining and its just fun people watching while having your breakfast skillet.
