Saigon #1 - Virginia Beach

This is my favorite restaurant, the food is well cooked and reasonably priced. I often eat Thanh Xuan Dry Noodles, Mixed Noodles, Wonton Noodles, Grilled Ribs Rice, and Sour Fish Hot Pot. You should come here to experience Vietnamese dishes with rich cooking flavor and very friendly owner.

This was my very first time dining here. Food was delicious. Service was nice. Can't wait to come again!!

Clean, friendly, and amazing Vietnamese food! Family friendly, low-key, and worth the wait for the food. Each dish we got was not rushed, and you could tell from the presentation of each dish that the food would be at least good. However, the food was not good....it was amazing! Portions were also more than enough and the Jasmine tea was authentic. Definitely recommend this place!

This was an absolute treat!! If you are in the mood for PHO and in Virginia this is the place without a doubt! Worth the drive. We arrived and were greeted by (CHOP) who was the absolute man. Chop made everyone feel very welcome and was a wealth of information. The PHO was on another level, just the right portions and left me feeling energized. CHOP hooked it up with his strong, signature Vietnamese iced coffee. It left some main stream coffee shops in the dust. Over all it was a nice experience. The restaurant was clean, the the service was great and the food was amazing. 5 out of 5

Definitely some of the very best Vietnamese cuisine in Virginia Beach! The spring rolls are always fresh and the soup hot. The cooked dishes are extremely delicious. Enjoy!
