Saffron Indian Bistro Virginia Beach

It's a great Indian restaurant. Service, food, price, and ambience were all excellent.

The food is always incredible with awesome portion sizes. the chili garlic naan is AMAZING. but also the service is so nice. every staff member is extremely kind and quick. before leaving, our waitress gave us a box for rice, a separate one for curry, and some foil to keep the naan fresh. i’ve never had service like that! i cannot recommend this place enough :

I got a pick up order. The inside smells so good. The chef has skills. It was romantic in there. The person who took my order made sure I got utensils and plates which was so helpful thank you! The food was delicious!! And that over the top expensive for great quality food.

My first time here and I ordered lamb biryani, Gobi Manchurian, and palak paneer. Everything had great flavor and generous portions. I was pleasantly surprised at how much lamb was in the biryani and the size of the paneer in the palak. I would definitely come back to try their other dishes.

I am not Indian but the food here is the really good. It is always fresh and the waitress and servers all try to get it right the first time. I don't like my food to be to spicy and they seem to be able to get it right. I always try to try something new and they are great at suggesting things. We love going here for special occasions.
