Why bother taking a delivery order, charging my card show that it's being prepared then not show up? We placed the order at 8:15p.m. called almost 2 hours later (I already knew it wasn't coming) the manager had the employee tell me we don't deliver to your neighborhood after dark. Damn, I had no idea my neighborhood was the hood...thanks for enlightening me.

I ordered here for the last year and had some changes and never had problems with this location. The staff is always friendly and they never messed up my order. This once forgot something, but went back and got it. Here's the best pizza hat.

This (Birdneck Rd location) is the best pizza hat in Virginia Beach! Your pizza is always hot and never boiled over or under. No matter what location you are nearby, take the trip to this birdneck location and enjoy!

Not a bad experience, but they need to have someone on the counter longer than I waited the order and again when I went back to pick it up.
