Perked Up Coffee Cafe - Virginia Beach

Ordered an oat milk mocha and was given a 3/4 full drink because they ran out of oat milk. Nothing was offered to fix my drink. Inside seemed nice and would have been willing to try out the food in the future if they hadn't shorted me on my mocha.

My coffee was excellent, but the pastries were not. Place is too small to really want to stick around, but I would pop in for a coffee again.

Okay. Coffee is alright. Staff is rather standoffish. But okay none the less.

Visiting VB for work and drove around the first morning looking for a cute coffee shop to catch my eye and there was Perked Up! Nice and friendly service, cozy atmosphere (with locals willing to share a table), great selection of coffee blends, amazing muffins and delicious quiche such a great find! About to head there for my third morning in a row. Highly recommended.

A small coffee shop with friendly service. The lattes were good and the food was as well.
