Panera Bread - Virginia Beach

The dining experience was mediocre, unfortunately overshadowed by the lack of cleanliness in the restroom. Additionally, the restroom was out of paper towels which was disappointing. I will likely choose a different restaurant for my future meals.

Despite the high prices, I enjoy occasionally visiting Panera. This location is convenient for me since it is the closest to my house. However, the service tends to be slow and they often forget part of my order. Overall, not a bad option for a decent meal.

The new employee working in the drive-thru window is very slow. I have noticed that cars are getting backed up because of the extended wait times. The atmosphere is nice, but the customer service is lacking. Customers can expect long waits, especially when they are in a hurry.

I was in the middle of the april 2022 in the driveway. I love her soufflé. they cannot go wrong with the 3 they offer, but they stop serving them at 10:30 o'clock. Yesterday I sung in her kempsriver restaurant. a glass door was scattered so that it is only an unsightly piece of plywood. I didn't know no one would bury you or approach you. they order either at the kiosk or at the cash register. they pay and receive a beeenstock. then they pick up their order and take them to their table. Once they have eaten, they delete their table and empty the müll, stack their dishes and bowls. I'm not sure why we need to type the cash register because they do all the work. they have a delicious Asian salad, but it is too expensive. had the ride drilled in the middle of the mai 2022 and even the dame was sitting before me and I myself was there long before 10:30 a.m. a.m. we both were denied the breakfast soufflés.

I come to this Panera almost everyday in drive thru they either mess up my order or have me wait 15 minutes for food coffee that should take 2-5 min to brew. By the time i get my coffee my food is ice cold. Today i waited at the window for 15 min to get my coffee burning hot and my food ice cold. Have consideration and at least cook the food a little after you start brewing the coffee to make it all fresh and hot. I have to many stories of my order being messed up to list. But just know it’s often that they do something wrong with my order. Btw i got a egg sandwich with cheese and it even looks cold
