O'yummy Sushi - Virginia Beach

I've been there twice, and both times the food was excellent. The dining area is clean and inviting, and the staff is very attentive. However, like many restaurants these days, it can be a bit pricy. The buffet seems reasonably priced at first, but once you factor in soft drinks, taxes, and tips, it ends up being quite expensive.

I visited this restaurant with a group of four to celebrate Mother’s Day, choosing it because we had a decent experience there about a year and a half ago. However, I wish I had checked more recent reviews before going. Unfortunately, if you’re looking for a place that serves at least decent sushi, I recommend looking elsewhere. The rolls we ordered all looked and tasted virtually identical, mostly composed of overcooked rice with very little salmon or other ingredients. They were all topped with the same sauce as well. This dinner was a huge disappointment and ended up causing some stomach discomfort. P.S. The pictures online look much better than the actual food.

Absolutely delicious! I ordered the spicy tuna roll seen in the picture, and I also got the shrimp tempura roll, but I devoured that before I realized I hadn't taken any photos! I wasn't super hungry, but the food was so good that I ended up finishing both rolls. The noodles were meant for my kids, but I enjoyed those too! I highly recommend O'Yummy Sushi—the name perfectly fits the place!

This restaurant is fantastic! The all-you-can-eat sushi is genuinely great, and the price is very reasonable. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, and the place is always clean. The decor is adorable, and they even provided us with fancy reusable chopsticks during our visit! Every roll we tried was delicious, and I highly recommend the shrimp shumai. I only wish I lived closer because I would definitely make this a weekly destination. If you love sushi, do yourself a favor and check this place out—you won’t regret it. My husband, who doesn’t usually eat sushi, ordered the chicken fried rice and absolutely loved it. There's something for everyone here!

I recently dined at O'Yummy in Kempsriver for the first time and I will certainly be coming back. The restaurant is tidy and the tables are well-spaced, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and more than willing to assist with any questions or indecisions. The food was delicious, fresh, and served hot. Their sushi and shumai are superior to many all-you-can-eat restaurants in the area. Everything we ordered was enjoyable. Plus, we received a complimentary bamboo plant! This place is definitely worth checking out.
