Ocean House Waterfront Seafood

My man and I stopped the other night here to get an adult drink as it was right next to our hotel. it was late in the night, and we expressly said that the person who sat us, we came only to get a drink. we waited for a few minutes before someone came to our table, once again we told the person that we wanted to order only an adult drink. we ordered one of those ice cream drinks we felt as if it were a bit off. next, I know that a series of hush puppies comes to the table. we thought they were free, so we didn't say anything. when our bill arrived, there is a complaint for the hush puppy. I contested the attack and they removed it. I don't understand how our server hush puppies ordered. the word hush puppies never came out of our mouth, we were very clear that we wanted only an adult drink.

I ordered dinner last night after I saw her ad in the hotel magazine. Nobody picked up the phone when we called, so we drove over. the current menu prices differ from the online prices as they said they updated their menu. I decided to garnish the garnel mini festival with a lb of itself, sausage, kartoffeln. fried fish, fried garnel and fried chicken along with hush puppy. they charge about $1.50 extra (three other restaurants that I ordered from later did not) if they pay with cc vs cash. the casser also said that they calculate automatic congratulation because they do a lot of work for the delivery of orders. when I got the last bill for a escape, it was over $53 with a 20% cut. I told her I don't care to pay a tipp, but a 20% tipp on takeout is overly. she was very polite and took it off and I added a $5 drinking money anyway, because I understand her situation and felt bad. the fried food itself was fresh, not overdried or baked or oily. one or two seemed a little muddy when we peel, but overall we enjoyed it with the really good sauces we were given. the reason for the 2 stars is because after the affirmation, they are in much when work and try to load the full tip, forget the hush weep and maize, they also contained no utensili or serviettes. I was back in the hotel after getting somewhere else mac n for my son. Of course, no one picked up after my call (not that I expected them to deliver my pages, but I wanted them to be aware of the future) lack of transparency in price design and lack of love for detail and the attempt to calculate a 20% tip on the takeover orders, contributed to the dropping off of 3 stars.

This place is awesome! My family and I went in for lunch yesterday (4/2). Lucky for us, the place was fairly empty except for a couple of other groups. It made for a pleasant and peaceful lunch.The owner of the business served us personally. Such a nice man!We ordered their crab dip appetizer, and it was delicious! It was a huge hit with the kids! I'm pretty sure we scraped that bowl clean.I ordered the Fried Trio (fried chicken tenders, fried fish and fried shrimp with fries and hush puppies). Such a huge portion of food. I felt it was well worth the price.One of my kids ordered the she crab chowder. The only issue with it was that it was a little too salty. But otherwise, it was good.Overall, this place has great food and a great atmosphere. We will definitely come back next time we're in the area!

Fantastic food and great drinks, and you can't beat the views or location!

Stopped by for lunch and the lb of shrimp were great size and very good. My crab legs, well I guess somebody has to get the missing leg clusters, just wish it wasn't me... LOL! Or maybe do like one of the wing joints (Dirty B's I think), who offers the BROKEN wings at a lower price..hahahaha! But they were seasoned well so we good! ?!
